Our experience with Rainier OS has been great. Doug has always responded our inquiries in a timely manner. The process, as well as what was included was explained to us very clearly, so there were no surprises or hidden fees. We had a minor hiccup with the destination handler and Rainier OS responded quickly and efficiently.
