Dear Dave,

Crown Relocations delivered our household goods this past Thursday 8/8, so I’m writing just to say thank you one more time.

I admit it was hard to wait that last 12 days after the shipment arrived in Honolulu! but everything is here now in our new home, safely and in good shape. Janine has been really responsive and great, and the Crown crew — only three of them! — was outstanding. Hard workers on a hot day.

Working with you and Rainier’s agents gave us great peace of mind throughout a long process and a major move — thank you so much.

Wishing you all the best,
Elaine

hi David,
Thanks for the follow-up – we are in! The team at both ends were top notch and as we unpack we are finding only a couple of things broken. I have to locate a couple of missing cushions but I am sure they are here somewhere. For such a complex move I think they did an outstanding job.
The UK team at Premier Relo commented that they had never seen a 40ft container that was so well packed. It was like they were masters at tetris. Though they did make the comment that they would prefer the 6 cube boxes to be packed lighter.
Overall I’d like to thank you for handling this so professionally and connecting us with such great teams at both ends.
Warm regards,
Sue

Hello David,

Sorry for the late reply.
Yes, we are really enjoying our life here!

The moving went very well. I really liked the lift van concept that can come at home to fill it.
The movers in Austin and Cambridge were very nice.
We are very happy with everything.

Have a great week-end
Best regards,
Thomas

Hello David,

The move went very well.

I talked to my parents yesterday. The movers had just unpacked everything that day. My parents were very happy with the move. Nothing was damaged. The unpackers had been professional and cordial. It would be fair to say that your performance surpassed their expectations.

Regards,
Hadi Taheri, PhD

Doug and Bob,

Jeff and I just finished unwrapping the last few things this morning from our move, and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from R.C. Mason, from Ranier, and from DĂ©mĂ©nagement Outaouais Moving here in Ottawa. From our first experience walking through our Boston apartment with Bob, to Bob’s help answering our questions, to Cam and his team’s careful attention when packing our things in Boston, through to getting our things to Canada, and then working with Sandra (in the office) and Kevin and his team moving in and unpacking our things, everything went so smoothly, efficiently, and with great responsiveness and friendliness. We’ve heard so many horror stories about international moves, and while our work permit process was anything but efficient, having your teams move our stuff was so easy. Truly just what we needed for our move and at a competitive price too!

Thanks!
Carli

Hi Don,
Thanks for all of your help with my recent move from NYC to Toronto. I really appreciate your responsiveness, professionalism, and the personal touch that made me feel like you really cared. Moving is stressful and it makes a huge difference to have someone like you taking care of the logistics – from the FaceTime inventory check, to helping me track down my passport that was accidentally packed, to following up with all of your partners to help me get my stuff in time. I have already recommended you to a friend who is moving from the US to Canada and would definitely work with you again.

Best, Fiona

OK Dave,

Got the crew a case of beer after they unloaded the truck at my house. After the un-packing frenzy, (everybody here, wanted to see what I brought), no problems. Nothing broke no damage that I can see. It’s all junk anyway, but my junk.

Thanks for all of your help. This all went very smoothly. Especially that I didn’t even know what a Freight Forwarder was when I first started looking for a service like yours. I think there was an option for comments on your Web Page, I’ll check see.

Let me know if there is anything else for me to take care of.

Thanks again Dave,

Ken

Subject: Your move to Belfast with Rainier Overseas Movers

Hi David,

I wanted to finally get in touch and let you know the shipment arrived in Belfast. Everybody we dealt with on every level were absolutely amazing, and my kids were even able to cheer the boat as it sailed past our place on its way to port. The guys who came to collect the shipment, to the lady in Belfast to handled the logistics, to the boys who unloaded the stuff; they were all top notch. Thank you so much for all your help with everything.

One thing I was wondering about was the motorcycle. I haven’t received the title that I forwarded to you guys before the shipment left. Do you know what to expect from that?

Cheers,
Clint
