Mark, Alex,
I wanted to let you know that we took delivery of our shipment a couple of hours ago and wanted to provide some feedback.
The truck arrived on time at 12:00 which was pretty impressive since they gave us a 3-hour window from 12:00 to 15:00. The 3 guys were pleasant, polite and very cooperative making sure to place the items exactly where we wanted them.

In our case, most of the boxes were being stacked in 2 rooms since we will only be here a few months until we can find a place of our own.

Even though we knew we didn’t have to, we tipped all 3 because of the effort required to climb the stairs to get the items to their places.
Overall we are pleased with the service you provided and the patience you showed us during this period.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use Ranier/Sonigo again should the need arise.

Thank you both for the help and service you provided us during this time – from the early days of planning, through customs and finally delivery.
We truly do appreciate your efforts.
