I was meant to write to you but I haven’t found the moment.

I am extremely happy with the way you and the local movers, both in Houston and here in England, have helped us at every step, and how quickly and smoothly the transport of our belongings has been.

The men who loaded our things in Houston and the ones who unloaded it here were very efficient, professional, polite, and friendly.

I am still amazed at how quickly we have got our things. We only moved into our new house last Friday, and all our things arrived on Monday. And everything has got here in perfect conditions, including TVs, furniture, and glassware.

Pretty good overall! Communication was great. It sucks that the import office in Vancouver is so far from where we live, but that can’t be helped.
We got our stuff today and we’ve only barely started unpacking. Aside from ink leaking out of our printer (we should have removed the ink cartridges prior to shipping it) we haven’t noticed any damage yet.
Folks at both ends were polite and professional.

Total shipment time was 19 days, which was definitely within your estimate. Thanks for all your help along the way.

Rich Haas provided exceptional customer service. He understood that moves are stressful, particularly international moves. While most of us have experience with domestic moves, international moves are an entirely different game. He walked us through the process and explained details thoroughly.
