Just a quick note of appreciation.

We have moved many times in the US (including coast to coast several times) but this was by far the most complex. Collecting our stuff at our home in CT, storing for a few months in NYC, ocean shipment, unloading and customs clearance at Le Havre, transport to Premier’s warehouse in Paris and then delivery to our flat (on Monday). Every stage of the process — from Guy’s first quote after the video walk through to Premier’s customs clearance and handling of all details in France on through to final delivery (the crew in Paris were exemplary) was professionally handled, with no nonsense or drama and continuing perfect communication. We were, quite frankly, astonished that a process as complex as this one could be accomplished with absolutely no blemishes.

Many thanks to you and your colleagues at each stage. I am working with Jennifer (she and they did a first-rate job) to secure storage at their warehouse for the next few months and then delivery (likely in November) to the house we are in the process of buying on the coast of Normandy.

Hi Dave,

We are almost settled in. Just wanted to thank you for all your help in getting the movers as well as the transportation for our vehicles. All went well. We haven’t unpacked half the boxes and won’t until we move into a larger home. Daniella and her crew were great at packing and loading and John was great at unloading with his crew in Charlottesville. The car & truck got here in just over a week, so that was great. Thank you again for all your help in getting us relocated from Bellevue to Charlottesville. We will give your name out for recommendations when people ask who we used.
