Thank you for your email. My apologies that it has taken me so long to respond. My belongings arrived as you said (on the same day of your last email, in fact). Throughout this whole process, I have been very impressed by the professionalism of everyone involved on both sides of the Pond. I am pleased to report that everything arrived safely as well. The fact that nothing was damaged (not a chip on any plates or glasses and no scratches on any of the furniture) truly speak to the care and professionalism of all of the packers and handlers.

Hello David, Lance, and Charizza. My shipment arrived today and was unloaded at our new house. The only issue that came up was the cables that hold the pulleys to the weights of the Grandfather Clock had snapped. This is my fault, as I was the one who secured them prior to the local movers arriving.
Lance, please convey my gratitude to the two movers who packed our goods in the ocean container. They were most careful of the grandfather clock and it arrived with no external damage. They were very friendly, expedient, and most professional.
Charizza, thank you and your company for all the behind scene work getting our clearance. Your team that delivered my goods were exceptional.
and last but not least …
David. It was wonderful working with you and my move went off without a hitch. Most professional. I can’t thank you enough.

Yes, we did receive all of our belongings on Friday. Other than the delay due to the hurricane, everything was great.
From the movers in Ohio to here in Panama everyone was professional and great to work with.

Thanks for checking in, and I’m sorry about the delay. We had several weeks here without internet, so I’m still way behind on emails.
My wife and I have said to each other several times over the past couple months how pleased we have been with every aspect of our experience with Rainier. The price was good, but we were most impressed with the excellent communication we received since day 1. This was our second overseas move, and it was far and away a better experience than the first. We were kept in the loop the whole way, and that was really important to us. Thank you!
We were equally impressed with our experience on the Belgium end, with Gosselin Mobility. Vicky was very helpful with all of her logistical communication as well as answering my many questions, and the crew that delivered and unloaded our container was super.
I would highly recommend Rainier to anyone moving overseas (I already have to some people), and I would highly recommend Gosselin Mobility to anyone moving to and around Belgium.

Just wanted to thank you and anyone else that was involved with our move from Maui HI to Costa Rica. Everything went as exactly as you said it would. Nothing was broken, lost or confiscated by Customs. After being stored for a year in Maui and the time it took to get here unpacking it was like opening Christmas presents. The move went well. The bulk of the shipment was delivered Monday, and then a last few items on Tuesday.
We’re still in the process of unpacking and checking everything – but all looks to be in good order thus far.
